There are many factors that determine the length of each repair and you deserve to be kept well informed of your cars progress. Rest assured that “timeliness of repair” is one of our primary concerns. Upon inspection of your vehicle our staff will review with you the repair requirements, offer you a brochure detailing the steps of the repair process, and provide you with a target delivery date. That target date may change only if additional damage is uncovered. In any case, the DC Collision Center staff will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle throughout its repair. And, of course we welcome any questions you may have regarding the repair of your vehicle.
