The honest answer is no. The practice of saving deductibles is considered insurance fraud, so please be very cautious of any collision repair shop that says you don’t have to pay all or part of your deductible. Saving deductibles usually means leaving out necessary parts or repairs, resulting in poor quality, which can affect safety and lower resale values.
